Čez Sv. Lovrenca na Smokuški vrh

Pred leti smo v Završnici in okolici s prijateljico Barbaro in najinim prvim fantom, pobrali nekaj zanimivih zakladov. Že takrat se mi je zdel greben, ki se dviga vse od Begunj do Žirovnice (greben Brezniških peči) sila zanimiv, a pot nas je vedno vodila mimo in s pogledi malce višje nad greben. Takrat mi je moja draga Barbara, katere dom je ravno pod vznožjem, rekla: “enkrat zgodaj pomladi ali jeseni, takrat je najlepši…” Ne vem zakaj so se mi njene besede, po več kot petih letih, prikradle v mojo glavo, ampak ker so prišle jih niti za trenutek nisem mogla spoditi iz glave. Po skoraj treh tednih poležavanja, nisem bila ravno za kakšno daljše hribolazenje in ker me je greben poklical – sva se odzvala njegovemu povabilu.Med tem, ko sem pakirala stvari, je Aleš pripravil in naložil zaklade v GPS (na samem grebenu jih je pet). Pravi začetek grebena se baje začne v Mostah pri Žirovnici, ampak midva sva turo za kakšne pol urce skrajšala, saj sva avto parkirala pred OŠ Zabreznica, od koder sva sledila markacijam na Sv. Lovrenca, kjer naju je čakal prvi in zelo lepo pripravljen zaklad. Zelo sva bila presenečena nad urejenostjo poti. Mnogo postavljenih klopc na poti je dokaz, da si ljudje tod naokoli znajo pričarati lepe trenutke in uživati v naravi.Pot je od Sv. Lovrenca lepo uhojena in na nekaterih delih označena, tako da z orientacijo ni problema. Še posebno, če te pri tem vodijo zakladi, ki jih imaš namen poiskati. Greben v tem času ni bil tehnično nič posebno zahtevnega. Na nekaterih delih si je potrebno malce pomagati z rokami, je pa tik pod Smokuškim vrhom bilo nekaj snega in ledu, tako da je potrebno malce pazljivosti. Drugih posebnosti ni. Razgled je še posebno fantastičen. Na celotno dolino pod teboj, na Stol, Begunjščico, Vrtačo…skratka idealen čas za obisk tega grebena in uživanja v lepotah, ki jih nudi. 

Ker sva avto pustila v Zabreznici, sva se morala tja tudi vrniti. Ker nisva želela po grebenu še enkrat nazaj, sva se s Smokuškega vrha vrnila do črpališča vode (pri zakladu Smokuški križ), kjer sva zavila navzdol proti vasem in po nekaj sto metrih zavila na desno, prečila melišče in prišla nazaj do hiš v vasi, kjer sva pustila avto. 

Dan je bil zagotovo eden tistih, ki si jih človek naloži na svoj življenjski disk in si reče: življenje je lepo…

    Prostate infection, often known as prostatitis, is regarded as the common prostate-related condition in men younger than 55 years of age. Infections from the prostate related are classified into four types – acute bacterial prostatitis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic abacterial prostatitis and prosttodynia.

    Acute bacterial prostatitis is the least common of all varieties of prostate infection. It is a result of bacteria found in the large intestines or urinary tract. Patients may feel fever, chills, body aches, back pains and urination problems. This condition is treated by using antibiotics or non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to ease the swelling.

    Chronic bacterial prostatitis is a condition of a particular defect inside gland and also the persistence presence of bacteria inside the urinary tract. It can be a result of trauma on the urinary tract or by infections received from other areas with the body. A patient may experience testicular pain, small of the back pains and urination problems. Although it is uncommon, it can be treated by removal from the prostate defect then making use antibiotics and NSAIDs to deal with the redness.

    Non-bacterial prostatitis is the reason approximately 90% of prostatitis cases; however, researchers have not yet to ascertain the sources of these conditions. Some researchers believe chronic non-bacterial prostatitis occur as a result of unknown infectious agents while other believe that intensive exercise and heavy lifting can cause these infections.

    Maintaining a Healthy Prostate

    To prevent prostate diseases, a proper weight loss program is important. These are some in the actions to maintain your prostate healthy.

    1. Drink sufficient water. Proper hydration is necessary for our health and wellbeing and this will also maintain the urinary track clean.

    2. Some studies advise that a few ejaculations per week will assist to prevent prostate type of cancer.

    3. Eat beef sparingly. It has been shown that consuming greater than four meals of beef per week will heighten the risk of prostate diseases and cancer.

    4. Maintain an appropriate diet with cereals, vegetable and fruits to make sure sufficient intake of nutrients needed for prostate health.

    The most important measure to adopt to make sure a healthy prostate is usually to select regular prostate health screening. If you are forty years old and above, you should choose prostate examination at least once a year.
